Sin No More Pancakes
For a single – You-Deserve-It – Serving:
1 large ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Put a griddle or skillet on low and let heat while you mash together the ingredients. Pour batter in small amounts (2 Tbls) onto the griddle and cook until bubbles disappear and pancakes are easy to flip. Flip and cook for about two minutes more. Then serve up and eat! No syrup, peanut butter, or chocolate necessary.
